Books, guides and research titles brought out by the Department of Heritage Telangana.
The main aim of the Department is to bring out publications on excavated sites, art, architecture, culture, and guide books on museums in the State regularly.
The Department has published 352 titles on excavated sites, art, architecture, culture, and guide books on museums in the State.
After the formation of Telangana State, the Department has reprinted 60 publications such as:
Medieval History of Deccan Vol-I & II, Bahumani Coins in the State Museum Baramati - A new Muguhal mint, Early History of The Deccan (Part I & II), Golkonda and the Qutb Shahs and many more.

The Department published the book “PHANIGIRI - Interpreting an Ancient Buddhist site in Telangana”
in collaboration with M/s Marg Foundation, Mumbai in the year 2021.
“Temples of Telangana: Through the Ages” is the new title printed in the year 2024.
